Accepting These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of theleapschool.org (the “website”), operated by Udgam Educational Society, Plot No. 202 and 203, HIG Phase-II, Chandanagar, Behind Vijetha Super market, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049.
By using this website, including submitting an enquiry or downloading the Fee Particulars, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website; you are welcome to contact us directly instead.
What This Website Is For
This website provides information about The Leap School, including our approach, programmes, fees and admissions process, and lets prospective families reach us: through the Leap Desk enquiry form, the Fee Particulars download, and by booking a visit.
Who Should Use This Website
This website, and the forms on it, are intended to be used by parents, guardians and other adults, not filled in directly by a child. When we ask for a child's information, such as a class of interest, we expect a parent or guardian to be the one entering it, as part of an inquiry they are making themselves.
We do not knowingly collect personal data submitted directly by a child through this website, outside the ordinary course of the admissions process our staff run directly with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us directly, please contact us and we will address it.
Your Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the admissions process, why, and what rights you have over it. It forms part of these Terms of Use.

Content, Accuracy, and the Fee Particulars
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but a website is not a contract. Where a page or download describes fees, offers, dates, policies or programmes, that description is for information only, and does not itself create a binding obligation on the school.
The Fee Particulars document available for download carries its own, more detailed notice to this effect, including what “valid until 31 March 2027” means and how it relates to our admission offers. That notice applies in full here as well. The signed Admission Agreement, provided at the time of enrolment, is the governing document for all fee terms.
We may update or correct information on this website at any time, including fees, policies and programme details, without prior notice, though we will try to flag material changes clearly where we reasonably can.
